Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase. Due to varying visuals of computer screens and hand held devices, Alliston Flooring INC., and it’s subsidiaries including Anniversary Flooring will not be responsible for purchasing the wrong color..

Refund Policy
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of your goods. We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
- Good is broken;
- Returns due to excess quantities as explained to customer during ordering process.; or
- Damaged products upon pick up or delivery..
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
- Only 3 or more boxes can be returned at the customer’s expense within 14 days less any
restocking fees.

- All services sold on our Site are non-refundable.
